Return & Exchange Policy
In compliance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. (8) of 2008 and its Executive Regulations, customers have the right to request exchange, return, or repair within fourteen (14) days from the date of the purchase invoice or during the product’s warranty period.
- Manufacturing defect discovered after purchase.
- Product received is different from what was agreed upon.
- Product does not meet approved specifications or is of poor quality.
Exchange & Return Conditions
- Product must be returned in original condition with packaging and accessories.
- Valid purchase invoice is required.
- All requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Exchange Process
Once approved, the product will be collected from the customer and inspected. If conditions are met, the item will be exchanged for the requested size or model, subject to availability.
